Range extended with larger clutch
Larger clutch covers the torque range from 120 to 1200Nm on the ratcheting multi-position auto reset model and to 1500Nm on the single position synchronous auto reset type.
Mayr Antriebstechnik has extended the EAS Compact range from the existing five sizes covering the torque range 5 to 700Nm with the addition of a larger clutch The size four EAS Compact Clutch covers the torque range from 120 to 1200Nm on the ratcheting multi-position auto reset model and to 1500Nm on the single position synchronous auto reset type
It can accept a maximum bore of 65mm with either bore-keyway hubs or cone bushing type hubs.
These torque limiting clutches use the Mayr backlash free torque transmission principle which has been applied to thousands of EAS Compact and EAS NC clutches since 1988.
They are available with long or short hubs, two bearing design for additional support and either a torsionally rigid or flexible coupling for shaft-shaft applications .
