Solution protects against rust and
welding spatter

Using Relubro Anti-spatter allows fast, easy cleaning of the work piece after welding or laser cutting.

Relubro Anti-spatter from MacDermid lubricants is a water-based product designed to prevent adhesion of weld spatter and to provide short to medium term indoor rust protection Using Relubro Anti-spatter allows fast, easy cleaning of the work piece after welding or laser cutting

The product prevents the molten metal spatter from sticking to the surrounding metal.

This is especially important where a smooth appearance to the job is needed, where fast mass production MIG welding operations are used, or where large flat areas allow the spatter to remain in contact with the work.

Relubro Anti-spatter is supplied as a stable, premixed emulsion which can be applied by spray, roller, swab or simple immersion.

The emulsion has good wetting properties and dries to leave a thin, almost dry to touch film.

The product does not contain any chlorine, boron, amine, nitrites, or formaldehyde and is not considered a health or environmental hazard under current legislation.

In particular the product does not contain harmful solvents such as dichloromethane.

Relubro Anti-spatter can be used to fill and refill the user's own hand trigger sprays to replace aerosol-type anti-spatter compounds.

This will offer a considerable saving over the aerosol type product, both in purchase of the aerosol cans and their disposal afterwards.

Using a refillable trigger spray will also eliminate the release of aerosol propellant gases into the atmosphere, some of which can be harmful to the environment.

Relubro Anti-spatter will provide short to medium term rust protection.

It can also be used as a cleaner to remove swarf and process oils between operations. Request a free brochure from MacDermid ...
