New linear actuators with ball screws combine high load capabilities with very high precision and long operating time.

The new linear actuators with ball screws from Nanotec combine high load capabilities with very high precision and long operating time The combination of a hollow shaft stepper motor with a rolled ball screw leads to a very simple solution for linear motion

To achieve the high thrust, additional roller bearings were incorporated in the design, so that forces can be much higher than, say, linear actuators using trapezoidal screws.

The linear actuators are available in NEMA sizes 11, 17 and 23 with a maximum thrust of 450, 800 and 2000N, respectively.

Mounting is easy as the flange is identical to standard motors.

The actuators come with many options, like encoders or a plug and drive version with integrated driver and motion controller.

Customer-specific versions are also possible, even for small quantities.
