Namiki Precision Jewel has a new 22mm DC brushless motor for constant-speed operation in applications such as medical pumps, fans and chopper-wheel drives.

Namiki Precision Jewel has developed a new 22mm DC brushless motor This new three-phase sensorless DC brushless motor, the SBL22-37, has a slotless stator design and the company's own samarium cobalt magnets, making it ideal for constant-speed operation in applications such as medical pumps, fans and chopper-wheel drives

The motor was originally developed for use in the company's OEM diaphragm pumps, and features a strong construction with two preloaded ball bearings selected to guarantee optimum life performance, even in extreme environmental conditions.

With a specially designed star connected coil, the motor is able to produce high torque with low current consumption (44.1mNm/A), making it suitable for battery operation.

For easy operation a very compact drive circuit is available.

Samples are available from stock.
