The PL6A and PL8 are new pulse loggers from Northern Design.

The PL6A and PL8 are new pulse loggers from Northern Design The PL8 collects data from eight pulsing meters (or acts as eight "hours run" counters), the PL6A has six digital inputs plus two analogue channels - one for temperature using Pt100 sensors and one for a 0-20mA (4-20mA) process signal

Sufficient memory is fitted to provide over 40 days of half-hour logging, and the pulse inputs are suitable for virtually all pulsing meters - electric, gas and water.

The PL6A and PL8 have both RS232 and RS485 outputs.

They can be connected direct to a PC or networked, and are supplied with the software necessary to configure the unit, download the data (manually or automatically) and analyse the information.
