The Rapidmark precision dot marking tool for use on CNC milling machines is now available in UK from Network Machinery.

The Rapidmark precision dot marking tool for use on CNC milling machines is now available in UK from Network Machinery.

The innovative Swiss made Rapidmark dot marking tool can mark lines at speeds of up to 3000mm/min using compressed air through the shank - or through the side - of the tool to activate a solid carbide stylus and impart dots on the piece to marked.

Rapidmark is not an engraving tool - no matter is removed - thereby limiting stress and also generating less wear and tear on equipment.

Marking is made by a series of dots that can be positioned more or less closely together to provide rapid, high quality identification or logo marking during the manufacturing process thus avoiding the need for double handling and providing added security for manufacturing traceability.
