The number of exhibitors specialising in automotive fastening solutions has now increased to 12 at the forthcoming Fastening News Live! exhibition.

The number of exhibitors specialising in automotive fastening solutions has now increased to 12 at the forthcoming Fastening News Live! exhibition - making it a "must visit" opportunity for design and production personnel involved in the manufacture of motor vehicles.

Organiser NewbyCom believes that with more than 3 months yet to go before the doors open, the number of exhibitors with a pedigree in the automotive sector will increase to somewhere between 20 and 25.

The current portfolio of exhibitors includes companies like Bollhoff Fastenings, expert in the field of self-pierce riveting among others, Lohmann Technologies and Stokvis Tapes which specialise in adhesive tape solutions, through adhesives specialists like Loctite and Permabond.

Other key areas covered include threaded fastener security from specialist Nord-Lock and automated assembly solutions from experts such as Weber AAS.

The event will take place at the Royal Air Force Museum, Cosford, near Wolverhampton on 23rd March 2006, and is open from 1000 to 1500 GMT.

Entry is free, and there are free places available at the useful series of seminars, free tea and coffee for all visitors, and of course free entry to the superb RAF Museum as well.

The event is designed in the roadshow format to allow visitors to capture maximum information in the minimum of time.

The organiser reckons that a morning or afternoon of company time is all that is required to get the best from the event.
