candidates

Specialist technical and engineering recruitment company NES has taken action to address the UK skills shortage within technical and engineering industries by appointing resource co-ordinator, Matthew Pegram Recognising the fact that its clients must consider overseas applicants in order to access a wider pool of candidates and tackle the growing domestic skills shortage, Pegram's responsibilities will involve managing the foreign national candidate (FNC) pipeline - redirecting, vetting, contacting and assisting with authorisation for all non-UK applicants to NES and developing an additional database for consultants to use
