Engineering recruiters win recognition
Technical and engineering recruiters successfully complete the REC's Diploma in Recruitment Practice.
A further six recruiters at specialist technical and engineering recruitment company NES have successfully completed the REC's Diploma in Recruitment Practice, the first national qualification dealing exclusively with recruitment.
Recruitment Consultants Simon Halliday and Lizzie Garvey both passed the assessment, while Alan Bennett, Martin Whittle and Senior Consultants, Simon Caton and Rob Collier achieved merits in their passes.
The qualification is a way of demonstrating to NES customers that the company is working to a set of industry-approved standards and that professionalism is key.
Says Mark Tully, Chief Operating Officer at NES (UK): "It is important that we do everything in our power to deliver an exceptional customer service and supporting our consultants through this qualification process is one way of doing so".
"It shows our clients and candidates that we are committed to recruitment best practice".
