The new Lonsta progressing cavity pump range comes with a two year drive-line guarantee that includes rotor, shaft and mechanical seal.

So confident are Netzsch Nemo in the durability and reliability of their new Lonsta progressing cavity pump range, that they are launching it with a two year drive-line guarantee that includes rotor, shaft and mechanical seal UK managing director Roger Willis explains that the combination of a ceramic rotor and titanium flexible shaft enables the new Lonsta range to achieve previously unattainable levels of reliability, even when used in the most aggressive processing applications

The use of a titanium flexible shaft has allowed Netzsch Nemo to design the new pump with compact dimensions to make it ideal for new and retrofit applications.

The range includes rotors from 15-63mm diameter and flexible shafts to suit pumps with rotors from 15-90mm diameter.

Says Roger Willis: "The Lonsta range will reduce production downtime and disruptions in industries such as processing; water and sewage treatment; and food, chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

The savings on spares, maintenance and service for rotors, stators, shafts and seals, are also major benefits." He adds that anyone experiencing pump wear problems has the potential to run a Netzsch Nemo Lonsta pump continuously for 17,520 hours!.
