Netzsch Pumps has launched the compact and highly efficient Nemo M.Champ.

Netzsch Pumps, a leading manufacturer of progressing cavity pumps, has launched the compact and highly efficient Nemo M.Champ.

This innovative progressing cavity pump has been designed to ensure minimum downtime and maintenance by fitting a patented reversible stator and Netzsch's innovative Clamp-Tec Stator quick-clamping system, and by reducing the number of its components from thirty-two to just nine.

The design of the integrated, double-length reserve stator enables it to be simply removed and reversed, providing maintenance engineers with an instant replacement.

Long service life, low life-cycle costs and a high degree of operational security are guaranteed thanks to a corrosion resistant drive chain and chromium-plated Netzsch rotor.

The Nemo M.Champ pump also features as standard two horizontally-mounted, tangential nozzles to allow for optional parallel connections to pipelines; a space-saving and robust bevel-gear drive; and a shaft seal with rubber bellow integrated into the pump housing.

Ideal for use in many wastewater applications, the Nemo M.Champ is especially suitable for the continuous, low-pulsation transfer and metering of viscous products at rates up to 85m3/h and differential pressures to 6 bar.
