NEBOSH recruits to expand range of qualifications

NEBOSH, the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health, has appointed Teresa Budworth as its deputy chief executive and development manager.
NEBOSH, the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health, has appointed Teresa Budworth as its deputy chief executive and development manager.
Teresa, a safety professional of some 25 years standing, previously headed the safety training and consultancy team at Norwich Union Risk Services.
She has been an examiner for NEBOSH since 1992, and also worked with NEBOSH on syllabus development and as a senior examiner for the Part One Diploma.
For the last 18 months she has served as a non-executive director of NEBOSH.
"Joining the Executive team of NEBOSH gives me the opportunity to be at the heart of the exciting developments which are taking place here," Teresa comments.
"The main focus of this new role will be to develop the range of qualifications which NEBOSH offers.
"I will be working in partnership with our course providers to ensure that our awards meet the needs of their students and hence help them to develop their businesses".
