NEBOSH has refocused its customer communication with a new Customer Service Department headed by Sarah Mace.

NEBOSH has refocused its customer communication with a new Customer Service Department headed by Sarah Mace.

The team will deal with all enquiries coming into NEBOSH from course providers and students.

Ian Cooke, the new business development executive will be working with course providers to help promote the take up of NEBOSH awards.

Their first major task will be the redevelopment of the NEBOSH website, due to launch in Summer 2007.

Due to growth in the range of qualifications, the Standards Department has also expanded.

The team is responsible for quality assurance in setting and marking examinations.

Dee Arp, currently Assistant Standards Manager (previously a member of the NEBOSH board), will become the Standards Manager in early 2007.

Bryan Weatherill and Matthew Powell-Howard bring additional expertise to the team as standards officers.
