NEBOSH in the Armed Forces
Lieutenant Colonel Mick Lane the Commanding Officer of the Sennelager Training Centre (STC) presenting Sgt Anneliese Charlton-Kingsland with her NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
Sgt Anneliese Charlton-Kingsland was one of eight candidates from the School of Health, STC, Germany to gain a Distinction in the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
She is employed as an Environmental Health Technician in the Army and is responsible for providing commanders with accurate health and safety information for controlling risks in both their normal workplaces and while on operations and exercise.
Lieutenant Colonel Lane congratulated her and acknowledged all the hard work she had put into gaining this highly valued qualification.
The School of Health currently runs two NEBOSH Certificate courses a year, open to military and MOD personnel who undertake Health and Safety duties within the British Army in Germany.
