The new ID50 family of single loop analogue addressable fire control panels from Notifier Fire Systems offers cost-effective solutions for smaller applications.

The new ID50 family of single loop analogue addressable fire control panels from Notifier Fire Systems offers cost-effective solutions for smaller applications such as schools, nursing homes, retail establishments, offices and industrial manufacturing plants where an intelligent fire system is required.

All versions support up to 99 intelligent smoke, thermal and multi-criteria detectors, 99 addressable sounders, call points, control modules and monitor modules on the same loop and managed from the panel.

Three variants of the family are available; the ID50 is the entry-level unit, housed in a compact enclosure and providing an easy to install and maintain system.

The ID51 includes a optional internally mounted printer and a larger power supply for applications where a large number of loop-powered sounders are required and the ID52 has the additional benefit of 72h stand-by battery backup to ensure coverage continues if the mains power supply is interrupted for long periods.

The application areas for the ID50 family are not constrained to relatively benign office-type environments.

The Harsh smoke detector operates without false alarms in extremely dirty and dusty environments where large amounts of particulate matter are produced in the normal course of events such as: garages, paper processing plants, printing plants and textile mills are just a few examples.

The Hazard detector is intrinsically safe, enabling it to be installed in the hazardous areas routinely found in, for example, food processing factories.
