Northern Precision will be using the Southern Manufacturing and Electronics Show as the UK public launch pad for the LCM Prima Inserter self clinch sheet metal fastener installation press
The company will be also highlighting the benefits of dealing with a sheet metal fastener supplier that maintains an in-house stock of 5000 standard lines, provides next-day delivery and offers unrivalled applications engineering advice.
Acting as exclusive European agent Northern Precision, the independent market leading single source supplier of fasteners as well as special purpose turned and cold formed parts, says the cost competitive machine - which has a six tonnes rating - allows fasteners to be easily inserted into either box- or C-type workpieces and will accommodate various materials from 0.5mm to 6mm thick.
A range of accessories transform the machine into a flexible production aid to suit a wide range of applications.
"The LCM Prima inserter has become very popular worldwide, and has been progressively enhanced with capabilities to meet a variety of user demands in a fast and reliable way", says Northern Precision's Sales Director Steve Smith.
"We have no doubt that the machine will prove equally as popular throughout Europe, particularly due to its adaptability and cost effectiveness", he says.
Northern Precision is now supplying an 'e-quote' email based direct response mechanism for potential users of the LCM Prima.
Incorporating interactive links, a short video clip of the press in action and a PDF attachment that contains comprehensive details about the machine - including its price - the e-quote also illustrates how a range of accessories can be used to make the machine into a flexible production aid to suit a wide range of applications.
