NKE recently held two customised Bearing College sessions in the UK, tailor-made for NKE partner Anstee and Ware and OEM customer UK Coal Mining.

The Bearing College sessions took place in Avonmouth and Doncaster respectively.

The focus of the Bearing College session for Anstee and Ware was handling, mounting and dismounting of bearings.

Nine engineers attended the training.

The Bearing College session for UK Coal Mining was organised in conjunction with NKE distributor Howcroft Industrial Supplies.

Altogether 19 senior engineers from ten UK Coal Mining sites were present.

The focus was bearing applications in the coal mining industry.

Again, all participants highly appreciated the in-depth bearing knowledge of the NKE engineering team.

"I have been working with bearings for more than 20 years, but I still learned something new today", said a senior engineer at UK Coal Mining after attending the training.

Besides customised training programmes, NKE organises regular Bearing College sessions at its headquarters in Austria and in other countries.
