Available with up to four carriage guide systems as an integral part of the cylinder design, it provides the possibility of conversion while on site.
It can be specified in variations to include high and low speed options, alternative porting, double carriage, integral valves, integral brake and twin stroke options to help with machine function and control.
Incorporating a lightweight high strength profile barrel, it has high moment resistance to deflection and twisting.
Because of this it can be used as a structural member of the machine frame thus simplifying design and reducing costs.
Efficient internal cushioning gives the cylinder the ability to absorb higher levels of kinetic energy.
This reduces the need for external shock absorbers, again simplifying machine design and reducing component count and costs.
Light and compact versions offer basic cylinder lengths up to 35% shorter than competitive products.
This reduces dead space resulting in cost savings while retaining operating performance.
Suitable for lubricated or non-lubricated operation, Lintra has bores sizes from 16 to 80mm, is available with stroke lengths up to 8.5m and has a pressure range up to 10bar.
