Seamoor 2000 is a 32 bit program making full use of the Windows Graphical Interface (GUI) which can be run on Windows 95, 98 or Windows NT.
Run-time operations are completely menu driven using a mouse and/or keyboard input.
Developed, by Noble Denton Europe Ltd.(NDE) , Seamoor 2000 meets the specific needs of those involved in the operational management of spread moorings, such as those used by offshore drilling rigs, construction barges and accommodation vessels.
It enables all aspects of mooring and station keeping performance to be assessed.
Being one of the worlds leading authorities on Mooring and Riser design and development, NDE were ideally placed to develop such software based on their vast knowledge and experience, especially of deepwater moorings.
First introduced in December 1999, the latest version of Seamoor 2000 has just been released.
Program developers have listen carefully to current users and have consequently enhanced some of the existing printing functions.
NDE have produced a free downloadable demo version of Seamoor 2000 , which is available at their internet site.
