Noria Corp has produced a new line of posters designed to keep maintenance personnel and operators aware of proper machinery lubrication and lubricant care.
Following Noria's structured approach to consulting, the workshops provide an ideal opportunity for engineering, operations and senior management to understand how lubrication can be managed as part of a maintenance programme.
Presented by Martin Williamson, Noria UK, the interactive workshops lubrication and include information on how current performance can be benchmarked and what measures should be taken to make significant improvements.
Incorporating case studies, the day provides attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the importance of investing in a lubrication programme.
Educational needs for operational teams are also addressed, such as employee incentive schemes aimed at rewarding success.
"The three key factors to a successful maintenance and reliability programme are alignment, balancing and lubrication, but many programmes fail to realize the importance of lubrication", comments Williamson.
"This workshop will deliver a series of proposals combining all three parameters giving companies the chance to take responsibility on site for training and successful management".
