Norbar Torque Tools Limited introduces a completely new version of its best selling 'Professional' model of torque wrenches covering the range 8 to 330 Nm.
Norbar Torque Tools introduces a completely new version of its best selling 'Professional' model of torque wrenches covering the range 8 to 330 Nm.
Based on the experience gained from more than 750,000 units of the previous model, the new version maintains all that is best from the original and adds a host of new features.
The new handle is made from Santoprene(r), an amazing material that offers a much superior and secure grip, even in oily conditions.
It is resistant to most chemicals, even Skydrol(r), the very aggressive avionic hydraulic fluid, so it can be safely used in any industrial situation.
The new positive lock makes it easy for the operator to check if the wrench is locked or not and virtually impossible for it to become locked during adjustment.
It is strong and intuitive in operation.
A 'dynamic stability ring' reinforces the wrench at the impact point of the 'click' mechanism to provide a durable design.
This also gives greater stability to the calibration, ensuring accuracy over a long period of time.
The new 48-tooth ratchet ensures long life even in the dirtiest industrial atmospheres.
A new body tube finish resists marks from impacts and chemicals and is less reflective and slippery than many other models in the market.
Every wrench is supplied with a calibration certificate to satisfy the requirement of ISO 9000 and the accuracy of ń3% of reading exceeds all international standards for torque wrenches.
The dual scale in lbf ft and Nm avoids conversion errors and there is a long scale length for foolproof and accurate setting.
The Norbar "Professional" range of torque wrenches has long set the standard by which others are judged.
