Notocord-S1 data acquisition software has been chosen by a major automotive electronics manufacturer to perform long-term measurement of screwdriving torque.

The software is integrated with the company's production site quality control system.

It collects torque data from the line's automatic screwdrivers over long working periods, performs screwdriving cycle analysis and detects possible defects.

The torque trace constitutes also a time diagram of the line's production activity and is used to monitor productivity.

Thus, the system has contributed to improvements in both product quality and the line's productivity.
