Open-frame solenoids from NSF Controls are available in more than 34 different models, including U-frame, flappers, and magnetic latching versions.
Miniature models are also available that require as little as 1.5 cubic centimetres of space volume.
The Open Frame Solenoid provides a cost efficient solution to most applications where life and performance are not the prime concerns.

Features include: pull forces of up to 44N at 22mm stroke; high holding force at zero current with magnetic latching versions; and long-life push types.
