Bearings giant wins supplier award

NSK-RHP was chosen to receive the award from over 90 suppliers, all of whom had been formally assessed in all aspects of their supply performance.
The vehicle for assessment was the Vendor Performance Assessment Form.
This ran to 16 categories and covered everything from vendor in-house control systems to defect free product receipts (right first time), on-time deliveries, invoice accuracy and even accommodation to new suggestions.
NSK-RHP achieved the maximum points available in 12 of the sixteen categories, registering a score of 204 against the maximum possible of 210.
According to Newage International's current rating standard this classifies NSK-RHP's overall performance as "Excellent".
"This award is the best possible recognition of the efforts of everyone associated with the Newage account", said Kim Stockton, a Sales Manager for NSK-RHP and a key member of the service team.
"Supplier demands from world class companies are rigorous and getting more so.
