Programme aims eliminate leakage

A Novus Sealing product story

A comprehensive exchanger programme aims eliminate leakage from heat exchanger and pressure vessel flanges by addressing every aspect that contributes to the leak.

Leading UK gasket manufacturer Novus Sealing has launched a comprehensive exchanger programme that completely eliminates leakage from heat exchanger and pressure vessel flanges by addressing every aspect that contributes to the leak.

Novus is so confident of the programme that it is issuing a challenge to industry to bring it the worst and most difficult vessel leak problems to solve.

It is estimated that around 30% of exchangers will leak in a refinery at some point, often at huge cost to the plant, so Novus is hoping there will be no shortage of engineers ready to take up this remarkable challenge.

The Novus exchanger programme is a complete care package for any individual or group of heat exchangers or pressure vessels, and caters for all the flanges associated with that vessel.

The programme includes design review, bolting and procedural recommendations, specialised gaskets, training, installation and environmental monitoring.

The programme includes detailed reporting of the recommendations as well as drawings and descriptions for the client record; installation training modules and environmental evaluation reports are also available as part of the package.
