Novus Sealing has continued an investment programme that ensures that Camprofile gaskets are manufactured to the highest standards.
The unique production process ensures that customers can enjoy gaskets up to 3m in diameter without welds contrasting dramatically to gaskets containing as many as eight welds in a diameter of less than 1.5m.
Where welding is necessary at above 3m the alignment and height of the gasket "cams" are the same as the surrounding material, only possible through investment in special equipment and expertise.
Novus applies the same quality to the facing material.
The most common facing material is graphite and Novus will only use high quality European sourced material from SGL.
Research has shown that Chinese origin graphite materials consistently oxidise faster and at lower temperatures and in some cases high sulphur contents can cause metal corrosion, all factors that can rapidly compromise gasket integrity.
Novus Sealing Camprofile gaskets are tested and approved by Chevron Texaco, Dow, Huntsman Chemicals and Exxonmobil, and in many cases the Novus product is specified exclusively for complete reliability and process integrity.
