A damping grease is a cost-efficient way to control free motion, achieving a "quality" feel and enabling fine tuning in almost any hand-operated mechanical or electromechanical device.
Damping greases are used in a wide range of applications varying from focusing mechanisms in optical equipment to noise reduction in small gear mechanisms to hand-actuated automotive switch mechanisms and steering and suspension components.
