The novel Air Champ LSCC-32 straight-bore conveyor clutch can be modified to accept a wide range of sprockets, timing belts or pulley diameters to meet customer's expectations.

The LSCC-32 is ideal for soft starts in accumulating, chain-driven live-roller, or inline material handling conveyor applications.

Multiple interfaces engage under air pressure to drive the sprockets, which are attached to the clutch drive flange.

When air pressure is not directed to the clutch, springs keep the clutch interfaces separated for complete disengagement.

With a maximum torque rating of 85Nm and a bore range from 15.88 to 22.22mm, this clutch can outperform the competition at a lower cost.

Its air chamber/piston surround a central hub making rotary air union unnecessary.

The LSCC-32 has an open housing design allowing for high thermal horsepower and superior heat dissipation.

The clutch's smaller physical size saves machine and floor space.

The O-rings, facings and springs are all field repairable.
