Nylacast will be exhibiting at SED for the 5th consecutive year, and finds itself in their strongest market position yet.

Stand 112 in the pavilion will see Nylacast exhibiting a range of wear parts and components specifically designed and manufactured for use within the construction industry.

Since the last SED, Nylacast Components has invested heavily in the latest state-of-the-art CNC machine tools, to complement the already comprehensive range of machines at its Manufacturing Division.

Nylacast has also taken the step of doubling its manufacturing capacity, to enable it to cope with the ever-increasing demands of existing and new customers.

The new machinery and extra capacity, has allowed Nylacast to offer very short lead times on varying quantities of bespoke components, a prerequisite of the majority of customers today.

Nylacast, who pioneered the use of nonmetallic bearings and self-lubricating components in the most arduous of applications, has been manufacturing engineering plastic components for the construction industry for over 30 years.

Nylacast is proud to supply many of the industry's leading players including JCB, Caterpillar, Terex, Manitou, Volvo, Bell and John Deere to name a few.
