The new F80 series is the latest innovation in the Takex photoelectric fibre amplifier range.
The F80 unit offers a large four-digit display and single touch-to-teach button for ease of setting for the operator.
The large indicator gives a light reading of between 0 and 8000 - this value indicates the amount of light being received (or interrupted).
F80 amplifiers are available in red LED and in either NPN or PNP switching.
They can also be used with any of the existing fibre units offered within the product range.
Setting conditions are displayed after sensitivity setting has been completed.
There are three conditions: "good" indicates that optimum teaching has been achieved; "high" shows that the maximum sensitivity has been set; and "hard" warns of severe conditions due to small hysteresis.
