Integrated drive produces high speeds
OEM Automatic's integrated drive has a three-phase stator with four-pole rare earth magnet rotors with a skewed design to reduce motor cogging.
OEM Automatic has produced an integrated drive combining BLDC motors with integrated drives and spur gearbox options.
An output of 0.8-50rev/min can be achieved with an output torque up to 35Nm from the gearbox, while reaching speeds from 0 to 4000rev/min without the gearbox and torque ratings of 110mNm to 390mNm from the BL57 NEMA size 23 motor.
The motor is a three-phase stator with four-pole rare earth magnet rotors with a skewed design to reduce motor cogging.
Integrated hall sensors 120 degrees apart provide pulse/rev feedback to the controller.
Speed control, direction, braking and electronic commutation are all accomplished via a 0-10V analogue signal.
The integrated drive offers adjustable current limits between 1-7A and an output fault diagnosis signal.
Special shafts, connectors and gearbox designs can be supplied on request.
