A single potentiometer with four independent trimmers provides speed control, and speed can be held under varying load.

Designed as a partnered pair, the MCR range of gearmotors combines with the RM220E drive to answer long-standing demands for speed controlled single-phase motors.

The aesthetically pleasing and compact low-noise worm-gear motor features full ball and roller bearing support for rotating parts with a hardened steel worm and bronze wheel with hardened rim.

Maximum output torque is 9Nm.

The MCR range has a hollow output shaft, with an option for stainless steel, and the motor has built in tachometer for drive feedback.

A single potentiometer with four independent trimmers provides speed control, and speed can be held under varying load.

The drive also offers adjustment of start/stop ramps, response time and maximum speed.

All units are ISO9001, CCSAus and CE approved.
