Inclinometer promises rugged performance

An OEM Automatic product story

Sensor is billed as the ideal angle measurement device for harsh industrial environments, especially for vehicle technology, cranes, hoists and commercial vehicles.

Available now from OEM Automatic, the IS40 inclinometer from Kubler enables the measurement of two-dimensional inclinations.

Three versions are available with measuring ranges of +/-10, +/-45 and +/-60 degrees.

These inclinometers feature: compact, rugged construction; a high degree of shock resistance; an IP67 protection rating; a wide operating temperature range from -30 to +70C; and fast and error-free connection using an M12 connector.

This makes the sensor the ideal angle measurement device for harsh industrial environments, especially for vehicle technology, cranes, hoists and commercial vehicles.

The small design is just 30 x 20 x 50mm and can be easily mounted virtually anywhere.

The resolution is better than 0.05 degrees and the repeat accuracy is better than 0.2% of the measuring range.

The sensors have either a voltage output of 0.1 to 4.9V or a current output of 4 to 20mA.
