Serpac has launched its new miniature CH-Series enclosures.

These simple highly effective enclosures are ideal for small electronics devices such as remote controls, personal alarms, exposure detection etc.

The top and base parts are assembled by a single central fixing screw and the recessed top section is ideal for mounting a membrane keypad or polycarbonate product label.

Serpac can also insert this area of the enclosure so that holes for switches etc.

can be moulded in for higher volumes, or CNC machined for lower batches such as 100 pcs.

The dimensions of the three sizes are 38x57x15mm, 44x61x19mm, and 51x65x24mm.

Each one can easily fit into a pocket or on a belt and be comfortably hand-held.

To aid this the cases can be ordered pre-fitted with a pocket clip or key holder.

Three standard colours are available: black, grey, and almond.

Other colours can be produced from a colour chip or from a pantone reference number to suit most customer requirements.

CH-Series prices start from ?2.13.

Electronics designers are also offered a full customising service on these enclosures with CNC milling, silk-screen printing and much more, providing a bespoke solution for every need.
