Eleven sizes for hard-wearing ABS and PC boxes

OKW's 'Robust' boxes are sealed to IP66, durable and hard-wearing, making them ideal for harsh applications such as factory machine shops, ship board, farming, medical and security devices.

OKW's 'Robust' boxes are sealed to IP66, durable and hard-wearing, making them ideal for harsh applications such as factory machine shops, ship board, farming, medical and security devices.

The 'Robust' boxes are available in eleven plan sizes ranging from 80x80x60mm to 360x240x160mm.

Two materials are offered ABS (UL 94 HB) or Polycarbonate (UL 94 HB), in light grey RAL 7035.

The Polycarbonate versions being most suitable for outdoor use.

These enclosures can be easily wall mounted, using the four assembly ports, or can be used as hand-held controllers or desktop units.

All versions have recessed lids for mounting membrane keypads or product labels.

Internal mounting pillars are provided for PCB's, connector blocks, etc.

Replacement cover strips are available in silver grey RAL 7001, red RAL 3020, yellow RAL 1023, green RAL 6024 and blue RAL 5017.

These allow the units to be colour coded.

Other accessories include hinges, DIN-rails, feet, mounting blocks and guide plates.

OKW also offers a full customising service on these enclosures with milling, silk-screen printing and much more, providing a bespoke solution to electronics designers.
