Unlike the existing 110 series Art-Cases, which are round, the new 160 series have an oval shape 160x110mm in heights of 38, 41, 63 and 95mm.
Art-Cases are suitable for hand-held, table top and wall mounting applications, and can even be inverted and fitted to a ceiling.
Art-Cases are manufactured in off-white ABS (UL 94 HB), with special colours available on request.
The top parts can be flat, with a recess for a membrane keypad, or domed.
The bottom part is inclined and can be fitted with a battery compartment for two 1.5V AAA cells.
Optional bases increase the height by 22mm and 54mm and angle by 30deg or 60deg.
Internal screw pillars are provided for mounting PCBs.
The cases are assembled by self-tapping screws.
Prices start at GBP5.
OKW offers a full customising service on these cases with CNC milling, drilling, silk-screen printing, EMC shielding and much more, providing a fully finished housing ready for fitting the components.
