Water company awards three year drives
contract
A Framework Contract has been awarded by Vivendi Water to Omron Electronics for the supply of drives for booster pumps, lift pumps, transfer pumps, chemical dosing and many other applications
A Framework Contract has been awarded by Vivendi Water to Omron Electronics for the supply of variable speed drives, (also called inverters) which control the operational speed of electric motors and the pumps, fans and processing equipment which they run Vivendi Water, which supplies potable water to 3.2 million people across the South East of England, says that drives serve two main functions

Alan Smith, Omron's Business Development Manager for the UK water industry notes that Omron has supplied drives to Vivendi Water over a number of years and this new agreement further cements the business relationship between the two companies.
