Under the new arrangements, Omron Distribution Centres have a wide understanding of the Omron product family, and can provide advice and support in selecting control components.
The centres concentrate on product supply, and the provision of associated added-value services, such as kitting and credit card purchase facilities.
These services are backed up by excellent logistics systems.
Omron Technical Centres have the ability to configure and maximise the performance of Omron products in a wide range of complex control applications.
They supply products on a next-day delivery basis, and offer both office-based and on-site support services.
Omron Engineering Partners can provide similar services to those of Omron Technical Centres but, in addition, have facilities for building and designing control systems using Omron products.
They also offer advice and consultancy leading to the development of complete control solutions, and offer a comprehensive range of support services, including out-of-hours support.
Omron Specialist Partners concentrate on providing solutions with the more specialised products from Omron's range, and are chosen for outstanding expertise in a particular field.
