Rapid alignment is ensured by an alignment aid that uses intuitive LED indication and instantly shows whether adjustment is correct or incorrect.
Additions to the firm's range of gas flow sensors will also be featured on the stand (4-337).
Designed to integrate with any non conductive surface material, such as plastic, rubber, glass, marble and wood, the Omron B6TS application-ready sensing chip has features that simplify electrical and cosmetic integration into user interfaces in demanding environments.
The sensor is tolerant of its working environment with features such as self-teaching, drift compensation and intelligent filtering to simplify system design and improve performance.
There is also flexibility to design controls to match the cosmetic appearance of the application.
Jens Vogt, Market Development Manager of Sensor Products, Omron, said: "Omron's new touch sensors allow the development of a new generation of stylish, maintenance-free user interfaces for white and brown consumer goods".
"By eliminating moving parts, they enable controls that are more reliable, easier to clean and resistant to damage even in the face of abuse".
"Using the smart design tool B6TWorkbench, including real time capacitance measurement and a layout simulator, custom specific panel prototypes can be designed in a matter of hours".
The two additions to Omron's D6F range of precision MEMS based air and gas mass flow sensors are aimed at industrial applications, especially pressurised cable monitoring systems and pick-and-place machines in industrial automation.
The D6F-03A3-000 provides high-precision monitoring of airflow at flow rates of up to 3 l/min.
For higher flow rates, an A6 range offers all the features of the A5 sensors, but with an RC1/4 screw port style connection.
Both the A5 and A6 style sensors give precise detection of mass flows of up to 50 l/min with a repeatability of up to +/-0.6% and an accuracy of +/-3% full scale deflection. Request free introductory details about products from Omron Electronics ...
