OPC develops customised Experion training

An OPC Training Institute product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Jul 1, 2009

The OPC Training Institute will develop customised OPC training for Honeywell based on Experion PKS.

The course is intended for Honeywell engineers, end-users, EPC contractors, and system integrators.

It will equip them with an understanding of OPC technology and planning, designing and implementing secure and reliable OPC interface to Experion PKS systems.

This course will be delivered at Honeywell's Automation College locations globally.

Honeywell's Automation College is a global training infrastructure providing courses that are designed to help plant operators, maintenance technicians, engineers and managers become more productive and proactive while delivering greater value to their organisation.

'Our training will enable Honeywell staff to further enhance their own innovative solutions using Experion PKS to meet the needs of Honeywell customers worldwide,' says Randy Kondor, president, OPC Training Institute.
