For welding closely packed stainless-steel tubes and fittings in high-quality pipeline systems a range of slimline weld heads is now available for these limited access applications.

Orbimatic has launched the Orbiweld S series of weld heads which have a novel quick-fit 'snap-in' collet system.

This range of heads have been introduced into the UK market place with great success, securing orders for the electronics, offshore, pharmaceutical and aerospace industry.

The Orbiweld S series heads are manufactured in Germany by Orbimatic, they are typical of high-specification German engineering and are designed with the user in mind and the robust construction makes them ideal for on-site use.

The Orbiweld S series can also achieve high production rates because of its extensive water-cooling channels around the weld head body.

All main functions of the process are controlled on an in-handle panel.
