Orbimatic (UK) has assisted a market leading manufacturer of stainless steel hot water cylinders help cope with a massive upturn in production.
Axium Process is now in a position to offer custom fittings of systems from 0.5 to 6in outside diameter using this system.
The procedure can then be stored in the machine's internal memory of to smart media card which allows jobs to be very quickly reproduced at a later date.
The company can also use a range of other automated equipment to produce components up to 300mm in diameter.
The Orbimatic system can produce true datalog files which will include exact deviations for each welded joint on the fitting, giving the customer confidence in the quality of the product supplied.
