Tools get to grips with tubes and pipes
Orbimatic is now offering the Otto Tools range of tube and pipe cutting, facing and preparation equipment.
Because of the small dimensions of the equipment it can be used for even the smallest configurations of pipe work.
The Orbimatic system gives a true data log file for each and every weld performed during production, the log files does not just suggest that the weld is performed as per the programmed parameters but give exact deviation of weld parameters to two decimal places.
These log files make any defective welds easily identifiable and this in turn gives a guarantee that each and every weld is performed as it should be.
And as the machine also incorporates an oxygen analyser the internal quality can also be guaranteed.
This Orbimatic system has helped bring down the reject rate of the products produced by the equipment, by helping reduce the amount of contaminants which come into contact with the gas during the manufacturing process.
