The RPG 1.5 is an ergonomically designed tube-end facing machine which can be used to produce a perfectly square and burr free finish on tubes from 3mm to 38.1mm outside diameters.

The RPG 1.5 is an ergonomically designed tube-end facing machine which can be used to produce a perfectly square and burr free finish on tubes from 3mm to 38.1mm outside diameters.

The RPG 1.5 uses collet sets to clamp the tube on the outside diameter and a lathe type cutter is then rotated and introduced to the tube end on a micrometer feed system to machine it square.

The micrometer feed system allows a precise amount of material to be removed from the tube for sizing purposes.

The RPG 1.5 is supplied with a bench mount stand which makes the machine easy to operate.

The whole package is supplied in a robust carry case which makes it easy to transport and keeps all parts together.
