All Orbiweld orbital TIG weld heads are supplied with an integral control panel which allows all basic functions of the system to be controlled from the weld head.

The control panel allows the weld cycle to be started and stopped, gas to be purged, the rotor jogged and to bring the rotor back to home position.

On open arc weld heads the control panel is dual functional and can be used as a standard control panel or the rotation and homing control can be used to control cold wire feed.

As all weld heads are supplied with a 7.5m interconnection cable as standard the whole operation can easily be controlled in the most awkward areas and when away from the orbital welding power supply.
