The OrbiLog software package has been designed to allow QA/QC engineers to easily keep a track of welds that have been performed during the installation of stainless-steel process pipelines.

The package is designed for use with Orbimat C power supplies and contains all that is needed to start creating full weld data log files at the click of a mouse.

Included in the kit is a PCMCIA to Smart Media convertor which is inserted in to the Orbimat C power supply (this is then left in the machine), an 8Mbyte Smart Media card which is enough to hold around 2000 weld data logs, a Flash Path floppy disk adapter to allow transfer to any PC with a floppy drive, Orbimat simulation software and log file conversion software.

The software is very simple to install on any PC and when set up an icon can be placed on the computer's desktop which will convert the log files to a Microsoft Word or delimited text format.
