The Tiger welding station has been designed for the prefabrication of tube and pipe work.

The Tiger welding station has been designed for the prefabrication of tube and pipe work The Tiger welding station incorporates a tube/pipe clamp which is located on an Easi-Glide x-y slide

The clamp also rotates to allow 45- and 90-degree elbows to be welded to tube lengths.

The Tiger headstock uses an internal purging and clamping mechanism which allows tube to be welded to fittings or even allows fittings to be welded to elbows.

As well as clamping the tube and fitting the internal clamping system will also remove any slight ovality from the tube and produce a perfect joint fit-up.

The headstock can also be fitted with studs when producing tube with bolted flanges to give perfect alignment of bolt holes to make fitting easy on site.

The Tiger welding station makes it easy for a single operator to handle 6m lengths of tube or pipe during the welding operation.

When connected to an Orbimat C orbital welding power supply it creates the ideal welding station.
