It has never been cost effective for contracting companies to invest in videoscopes because of the very high capital investment required to bring this equipment in.

The Orbimatic system is very easy to use and allows still and video images to be captured and stored to a standard, readily available memory card.

The images can be stored with a file name matching the data log file number of the weld being inspected making it very easy to cross reference for validation purposes.

Packages are supplied as standard with an 8mm diameter probe and a 90 degree adapter which can be used when required.

For smaller diameters tubes a 5mm probe can be provided.
