Orbimatic (UK) is offering customers free OrbiProt weld data documentation software with any new welding systems purchased.
OrbiProt is a very easy to use weld data logging software package which allows weld data log files to be converted in to a report in either a text delimited or plain text file at the click of an icon.
These files can then be opened in either Microsoft Word or Excel for printing.
Each log file provides details of the weld produced including procedure ID and description, weld number, date and time, set welding parameters and exact deviations to two decimal places.
In addition to the set parameters the data log file also gives the average arc voltage per level allowing heat input to be calculated.
