New Orix cross flow fans from Oriental Motor (UK) create a wide uniform flow of air using 150mm or 300mm impellers and are ideal for cooling circuit boards installed in electronic equipment

New Orix cross flow fans from Oriental Motor (UK) Limited create a wide uniform flow of air using 150mm or 300mm impellers.

Ideal for cooling circuit boards installed in electronic equipment to improve reliability, in addition to air curtains and other applications, the MF and MFD series offer the advantage of right angle airflow and rectangular shape which facilitates installation in corners and saves space.

The MF, single phase AC series is rated at 200, 220 and 230 volts, with the 150mm impeller length model operating at 2650 - 3250 rpm to deliver 3.4 - 4.1 m3 of air per minute, and the 300mm impeller length operating at 2500 - 3000 rpm to deliver 6-6.8 m3 of air per minute.

The MFD, 24V DC series also has two impeller lengths, with the 150mm length operating at 250 rpm to deliver 3.0 m3 of air per minute, and the 300mm length operating at 2100 rpm to deliver 5.2 m3 of air per minute.

Both series feature a thermal protector so if for any reason the motor overheats, it is safely brought to a stop and then restarted when the temperature has cooled sufficiently.

An optional finger guard is also available.

Oriental Motor (UK) Limited manufacturer a comprehensive range of quality UL / CSA and CE approved motor, drive and associated products for industry.
